Refund Policy

  • No Refunds Once Leads Are Delivered:
    Because of the costs involved in generating high-quality leads, we do not offer refunds after leads or live transfers have been delivered.
  • All sales are final once the service is provided.

Replacement Policy

We understand that sometimes a lead may have missing information or be outside your target area. In such cases, we can replace the lead if verified.

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact our support team within 2 days of receiving the lead.
  2. Provide the phone number and a short explanation of the issue.
  3. Our team will review the lead recording and verify the issue.
  4. If confirmed, we’ll issue a replacement within 5 business days.

Please note: Replacements are only provided for missing information or out-of-area leads based on the recording provided.


Lead Recordings

  • Every lead comes with a recording for transparency and verification.
  • During a replacement request, we compare your claim with the recording to confirm accuracy.

30-Day Consumption Policy (for Live Transfers & Callback Leads)

  • All live transfers must be used within 30 days of purchase.
  • After 30 days, any unused transfers will expire and cannot be refunded, credited, or extended.
  • The 30-day period starts from the date of purchase.
  • This policy helps ensure agents get the best results from fresh, high-intent leads.

FELP invests significant time and resources to deliver real-time, qualified prospects. To keep the quality consistent and fair for all clients, unused or inactive credits cannot remain open indefinitely. This policy encourages consistent campaign activity and timely use of your leads.

Policy on Pricing and Quotes During Buffer Time

At FELP, we’ve learned through years of experience that giving price ranges or quotes too early in a call — before explaining the value — can cause prospects to shut down.

When a potential client hears a number without context, their first thought is often “That’s too expensive,” even if the plan would actually fit their budget once they understand its benefits.

That’s why we do not allow agents to share pricing or quotes during the buffer time. Instead, we recommend using a value-based approach such as:

“You understand insurance isn’t free and there will be a cost, but my job is to find something affordable that fits your needs.”

This method keeps the conversation focused on value and understanding, helping you qualify leads effectively while keeping them engaged and interested.
It protects your time, increases conversions, and creates a better experience for both you and the client.
