Campaign Setup Our team is currently setting up your campaign and creating your account within our campaign management system.

Setup Timing Most campaigns are set up within 1–2 business hours, although setup times may vary depending on order volume and campaign requirements.

TrackDrive Invitation Once your setup is complete, you will receive an invitation email from TrackDrive. Please accept the invitation and create your login credentials as soon as possible.

CRM Invitation & Access Timing

If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, your CRM invitation will be sent on the following Monday early morning.
If your order is received on a working day after 7:00 PM EST, your CRM access will be sent on the next working day.
If your order is for additional credits only, your credits will be updated on the same day, regardless of timing.
For callback leads and appointment-based orders, your campaign will be scheduled for the next available working day, and processing will begin from that day onward.

Live Transfer Guidelines

Only keep your campaign active when you are available to take calls. Pause your campaign when you are not available.

Missed calls or repeated voicemails may reduce campaign priority and call volume.

Valid Reasons to Disconnect a Call During Buffer Time

The prospect is not interested in Final Expense insurance.
The prospect does not have a checking or savings account and does not use accepted payment alternatives.
The prospect has major health conditions outside your underwriting guidelines and you do not offer Guaranteed Issue coverage.

Important: Calls disconnected without a valid reason may be billed automatically, even if the call is still within buffer time.

Invalid Reasons to Drop a Call

The following actions are billable even within buffer time:

Asking for payment immediately, such as “Are you going to pay today?”
Requesting sensitive information like Social Security Number too early in the call
Asking for banking details at the beginning of the conversation
Dropping the call because the prospect seems unsure or hesitant
Ending the call before proper qualification is completed
Disconnecting without confirming basic eligibility questions

Pricing & Quote Policy

Do not discuss pricing, quotes, or premium ranges during buffer time.

Once pricing is discussed, the call becomes billable, even if it is disconnected within buffer time.

Prospect Intent

All transfers are from consumers who have shown interest in Final Expense coverage.

Agents are encouraged to continue conversations when the prospect is still engaged, even if they are not ready to buy immediately.

All credits must be used within 30 days of purchase.
Adding additional credits may extend campaign activity and prevent interruptions.
