During the buffer time, focus on confirming the prospect's identity, state, age, and interest in final expense information. Do not ask for sensitive information such as banking details, credit card details, debit card details, or Social Security numbers. Also avoid giving detailed pricing, collecting payment information, or starting a long sales presentation during the buffer period.

When does a live transfer qualify for a replacement?

A live transfer may qualify for review only if it does not meet the campaign requirements or fails to reach the purchased buffer time. Calls that reach the purchased buffer time are considered delivered and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Do you guarantee policy sales?

Agents are responsible for answering live transfers promptly. Missed calls caused by agent unavailability, voicemail, call routing issues, or delayed response generally do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

No. Refunds are not provided based on sales results. Lead generation services create sales opportunities, but final policy sales depend on factors outside our control.
