Welcome to Final Expense Leads Pro. By accessing our website and purchasing our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Final Expense Leads Pro provides:

  • Final Expense Call Back Leads
  • Final Expense Live Transfers
  • Telemarketing-generated insurance leads

All leads are generated through marketing campaigns and internal call center operations. We contact prospects, confirm interest, and verify qualifying criteria before delivering leads or transferring live calls.

2. Lead Qualification

For Call Back Leads and Live Transfers, we confirm:

  • Prospect interest in Final Expense insurance
  • Basic qualifying information (age and state eligibility)
  • Working contact number

Full lead details and criteria are listed on our website.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed on our website or provided via invoice.
  • Full payment is required before campaign setup.
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
  • Campaign setup typically takes 1–2 business hours after payment confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final.
  • Once services are delivered or campaigns are activated, payments are non-refundable.
  • Replacements will be provided for leads that meet the following conditions:
    • Out of the selected geographic area
    • Outside the qualifying age range
    • Disconnected or invalid phone number

Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of lead delivery.

5. Live Transfer Billing

  • Live transfers are charged only if the call reaches the selected buffer time (120 or 180 seconds, depending on the client’s chosen option).
  • Calls that do not meet the buffer time requirement are not billable.

6. Delivery

  • Call Back Leads are delivered via Google Spreadsheet to the agent’s email address.
  • Leads may be delivered daily until the full order quantity is completed.
  • Business days exclude weekends unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact details and call routing numbers
  • Ensure their phone lines and agents are available during scheduled hours
  • Comply with all applicable federal and state insurance regulations
  • Maintain required insurance licenses

Final Expense Leads Pro is not responsible for sales outcomes or closing ratios.

8. Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal and state laws, including but not limited to:

  • TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
  • DNC (Do Not Call) regulations
  • Insurance licensing requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

Final Expense Leads Pro is not liable for:

  • Missed sales opportunities
  • Agent performance
  • Revenue loss
  • Technical issues on the client’s end

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
