Do not ask for sensitive information such as banking details, credit card details, debit card details, or Social Security numbers. When does a live transfer qualify for a replacement?
A live transfer may qualify for review only if it does not meet the campaign requirements or fails to reach the purchased buffer time. Calls that reach the purchased buffer time are considered delivered and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
