What is the 30-Day Consumption Policy?
All live transfers and callback leads must be used within 30 days from the purchase date. After this period, any unused transfers will expire and become invalid.
When does the 30-day period begin?
It starts from the date you purchase the live transfers from FELP.
What if I don’t use all my transfers in 30 days?
Any unused live transfers will automatically expire and cannot be refunded, credited, or extended.
Why is FELP implementing this policy?
The policy encourages agents to act quickly, maximizing results from timely, high-quality live transfers for final expense insurance sales.
Can I get a refund or extension on unused transfers or leads?
No, unused live transfers and leads are non-refundable and non-transferable after the 30-day period.

Lead Purchase & Delivery
Where do you get the lead data from?
At FELP, we source our leads through partnerships with trusted third-party vendors. We purchase lead data in intervals and enrich it multiple times before providing it to our clients.
Will I encounter disconnected numbers?
FELP minimizes this risk by regularly updating and verifying contact information. Each lead includes at least 3–4 numbers (both mobile and landline) to increase contact success and household reach.
What is the minimum number of leads I can buy?
The minimum order is 25 leads.
In what format are leads delivered?
Leads are delivered via Google Sheets for easy access and organization.
How old are the leads?
Our leads are typically less than 24 hours old. You’ll begin receiving leads the day after your order, with new leads generated and delivered daily.
Are the leads exclusive?
Yes. All leads are exclusive to you and personalized with your agent name. They are never resold.
Do you offer refunds or credits?
FELP does not offer refunds due to the resources invested in generating high-quality leads. However, we offer replacements for leads that are incomplete or outside your specified area, based on verified recordings.
Are you TCPA compliant?
Yes, FELP stays current with all TCPA compliance regulations. You can learn more about our compliance practices here.
Can I purchase leads by city or county?
Yes. During checkout, specify your preferred city or county. We typically start with a 30-mile radius or expand as needed. You can also choose to purchase statewide aged leads.
